In response to rumors about Kim Gyurae, Fantasy Boys will sue.

FANTASY BOYS’ agency has threatened to sue rumor mongers.

On December 18, relationship allegations involving Kim Gyurae and a 20-something staff member surfaced online, along with leaked IM material.

After the report, FANTASY BOYS’ agency Pocketdol Studio said:

Kim Gyurae is deeply sorry for disappointing and confusing the team, members, and fans with private issues that are being leaked and circulated without permission on social media and online communities.

Please be advised that the leaked discussion content is deceptive.

The person who leaked and shared the social media content is defaming the artist by altering messenger conversations and spreading untruths.

Please cease sharing photographs and anything that may cause confusion and stop speculating about the occurrence.

We monitored the facts above, collected evidence, and identified the person who leaked and spread the material without permission. We aim to submit a complaint with the local police station this afternoon.

We are also exploring legal action against the stated person for cybercrime, intimidation, and defamation of the artist with unauthorized dissemination and circulation.

For artists and admirers, we will file lawsuits and forcefully respond to secondary injury such the thoughtless manufacture, distribution, and replication of artist personal information in further posts without settlement or leniency.
